1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We offer reliable delivery options to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your payment.

Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 2 – 4 working days after dispatch.
Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before [2:00 PM] on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
3. Our Delivery Partners
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, we use trusted UK couriers including:

Royal Mail (for smaller items like collars, leads, and grooming tools)

DPD / Evri (for larger parcels like beds, food sacks, and bulk orders)
4. Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent via a tracked service for your peace of mind.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this number to check the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.

If you have created an account with us, you can also view your order status in the “My Orders” section of your account dashboard.
5. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping to customers worldwide.

Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

Customs & Duties: Please be aware that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be applied by the destination country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in our checkout price.
6. Missed Deliveries
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will typically:

Leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbor or in a designated “Safe Place” if you have requested one.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
While rare, issues can sometimes happen.

Damaged: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at support@sipets.com.

Lost: If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and send a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.
