3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, and descriptions of our products (Feeding, Grooming, Training, Travel & Outdoor).

  • Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.

  • Pricing: All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Contract

  1. Placing an Order: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Timescales: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

  • Risk: Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.

6. Returns and Refunds (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Cancellation Period: The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

  • How to Return: To return an item, please contact us at support@sipets.com. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached (e.g., unopened pet food, unused grooming tools).

  • Refunds: We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

7. Affiliate Partner Program

If you apply and are accepted into the Sipets Partner Program, the following specific terms apply:

  • Commission: You will earn a commission (standard rate 10%) on net sales (excluding shipping/taxes) generated through your unique affiliate link.

  • Payouts: Commissions are paid out Monthly via [e.g., PayPal/Bank Transfer] once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of £100.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You may not bid on “Sipets” branded keywords in PPC advertising. You may not spam or use misleading claims to promote our products.

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct that damages our brand reputation.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account on Sipets.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, Sipets shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or the purchase of products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
